Singapore Cybersports & Online Gaming Association (SCOGA) will be launching a brand new eSports initiative and we’re looking for full time team players who:

- Develop and implement training and development plans to meet organisational vision and operational goals.
- Conducts training need analysis and propose, plan and execute training programmes.
- Plan, Coordinate and work with key stakeholders and head of departments on training initiatives.
- Develop, review and enhance training manuals, programmes.
- Must be innovative and be able to work independently.
- Must be able to conduct trainings to a wide range of age groups. (Secondary, Post-Secondary and Working Adults).
- Must be able to co-operate and work jointly across departments and accepts directions and projects from Management level.
- Must be able to work closely with government ministries and agencies (eg. WDA, MOE) and external .training providers (eg. Poly, ITE, Uni and Private Schools)
- Monitor customer feedbacks and develop training programmes or projects to address and improve processes.
- Must be able to design, propose and execute developmental training for target market segments
- Willing to travel across different areas locally and overseas periodically
- Candidates must possess minimum Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent. Experience in the eSports industry is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of working experience is required for this position with proven track record in Training and Development
- Must be ACTA certified and well versed with WDA/CET funding and support schemes
- Excellent presentation skills and experience in conducting stand up training

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written is essential.
- Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Planning and creating social content as well as maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging to the target audience.
- Writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms.
- Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
- Weekly reporting on social media engagements within the community.
- Plan and execute the overall marketing strategy.
- Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy.
- Work together with the team on lead generation through online channels.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
- Perform administrative duties to complement the needs of the organization.
- Candidates must possess minimum Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent. Experience in the eSports industry is an added advantage.
