Winner of the SGGB iPad lucky draw!


Congratulations Ms Celia Parahita of passport number ****311 for winning the iPad!
Celia is the lucky winner out of the over 500 signups we had to try out the Singapore Game Box games at Licence2Play 2010.
For those who missed out, the Singapore Game Box is a joint initiative by IDA and MDA and is envisaged to allow Singapore game developers to reach local gamers. Don’t wait, give those games a test run at our next event and stand to win even more goodies!

National Family Celebrations 2010

National Family Celebrations is an annual national event organised by the National Family Council (NFC) and strongly supported by MCYS to promote strong families. This year, one of the key highlights is the Singapore Family Pledge Movement. NFC hopes to garner at least 250,000 family pledges through the school, community and workplace from now till 20 June.

Bringing the cyber wellness message to gamers in schools

From 14th April to 15th May 2009, the (Singapore) Cybersports and Online Gaming Association, more popularly known as SCOGA, visited twelve schools with the cyber wellness and healthy gaming message, supported by the National Youth Council and National Committee on Youth Guidance and Rehabilitation (NYGR).
